Volunteer Opportunity
Web Design and Content Collaboration
Are you passionate about disability advocacy, criminal justice reform and re-entry support, or mental health/suicide prevention initiatives?
I'm looking for volunteers to help expand the reach of my website and social media presence. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to contribute to meaningful causes and gain experience, all while volunteering their time.
What You'll Do:
Assist with website updates, blog editing, and social media posting to raise awareness and engage with my audience.
Research articles and curate relevant content for both social media and the website.
Help develop and refine a growing list of community resources for disability support, re-entry planning, and mental health initiatives.
Contribute to grant writing/editing for future program development.
Propose new and innovative approaches to support the community.
Skills I'm Looking For:
Strong communication and writing skills are a big plus.
A passion for technology and creative problem-solving.
A willingness to help shape and share high-quality content (web design experience is helpful but not required).
Time Commitment:
The time commitment is flexible and can vary, with an average of 1-4 hours per week as a general guide. While this is a volunteer role for now, there may be opportunities for paid work in the future.
Interested?
If you’d like to get involved, feel free to email me at volunteer@jeradnylin.com, or fill out the below form with your contact information and a brief description of why you'd like to help. You’re welcome to send along your résumé as well—it’s not required, but it would be helpful to learn more about your experience!
I’m excited to collaborate and make a real impact together!
